Nicole has always had a passion for the beauty industry since she was young. She never imagined her passion for beauty would not only turn into a career but also a business. Nicole graduated from Lancaster School of Cosmetology as a licensed esthetician in 2017. Shortly after she took a class for lash extensions and fell in love. She is now certified in classic, volume and mega volume lashes.
After working on many friends and family members who were so kind to be models, Nicole knew this is what she wanted to do. The excitement and joy that people expressed when they looked in the mirror after getting their lashes done is what made it all worth it. After both working at and owning other salons Nicole decided it was time to pursue her own venture. And with that Lumi Lash Lounge was born. This is a dream come true and Nicole is excited to share all the hard work that went into Lumi (all thanks to friends, family, clients and the Lumi team) with Lancaster!
Jess

Jaya
Esthetician
Jaya is a licensed esthetician certified in brows as well as classic and volume lash extensions. Jaya is a mama to the sweetest little girl and loves to spend her free time with her family, shopping, running, or by the water.

Jaya always had a passion for beauty but never got around to making it a serious part of her life until she met her friend and lash artist Nicole. Jaya was a client of Nicole’s since 2020 but after she had her daughter, she was inspired to go to school, get certified in lashes and brows and then work with Nicole at Lumi.
Jaya loves this field because she gets to help others feel like the best version of themselves by enhancing their natural beauty.
Jess helps with the daily operations at the salon as well as working behind the scenes on our social media platforms and website.

Jess graduated from Millersville University in 2017 with a degree in Sociology. Prior to working at Lumi she had been working in the finance industry for the last 3 1/2 years. She decided to switch things up since she has always had an interest in the beauty industry as well as social media and felt that Lumi’s salon environment best suited her. Jess spends most of her time crafting up instagram posts, taking calls, scheduling clients, answering messages and emails, and so much more.
In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends & family, listening and searching for new music, and most importantly drinking yummy coffee!
Fun fact: Jess & owner Nicole have been friends since they were in 4th grade! Jess has always supported Nicoles beauty endeavors and is thrilled to be able to work alongside her best friend.
Karly
Esthetician
Ever since Karly was young she thought her passion was to become a nurse. So after graduating high school, she enrolled in nursing school and attended for 1 year while working at the Lancaster General Hospital Emergency Department as a nursing assistant. She eventually realized that was not the path she wanted to take.
Karly has always had an interest in the beauty industry (specifically skin care), so she decided to pursue Esthetics. She worked for 2 years at a Dermatology office in Lancaster under a cosmetic Dermatologist as a Medical Assistant, to help her get her foot in the door with Esthetics school. She graduated from Lancaster School of Cosmetology and received her certification in eyelash extensions in August of 2020 and has been doing lashes ever since!
She is so grateful to have met Nicole along the way. Karly was a client of Nicole’s for a year before working with her. Nicole inspired her to become more passionate about lash extensions.
In her free time, Karly loves to spend time with her husband, Brett, and her two dogs, Buck and Bulleit! She is so blessed to have such a loving husband that supports her dreams and inspirations.
Karly is so grateful for the opportunity to work with an amazing group of women and so excited to be a part of the Lumi team!
Meet our team
Zoe
Esthetician
Zoe graduated from esthetics school in April of 2023. She knew that lashing was something she was interested in and went specifically for that!
She had worked in different fields with animals in the prior years but knew the beauty industry was always where she saw herself. In Zoe’s free time she likes to go hiking with her cute dog Griffyn. She also loves traveling and horseback riding.
She is super excited to be starting her career in the beauty industry at Lumi and is even more excited to make her clients feel more confident in themselves after they leave their appointments with her.
