Salon Policies & FAQ's

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens but our time also needs to be taken into consideration. Last minute cancellations leave us with empty schedules and not enough time to fill spots with other appointments. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

We ask that all cancellations please be made 48 hours PRIOR to your scheduled appointment

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice there will be a 30% cancellation fee of the service you had scheduled charged to your card on file.

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice there will be a 50% cancellation fee of the service you had scheduled charged to your card on file.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice, and or if you are a no call no show to your appointment, there will be a 100% cancellation fee of the service you had scheduled charged to your card on file.

In order to schedule an appointment we require credit card information to be kept on file in our system. All cancellation fees are non refundable.

You can only reschedule the same appointment once.

If you do not confirm your appointment or fill out the forms for your appointment and we do not hear from you we have the right to cancel the appointment.

How to arrive at your appointment:

Please arrive to your lash appointment with NO EYE MAKEUP on. This allows more time for your lash tech to lash you as well as it can lead to better retention for your extensions.

If you do have eye makeup on from a prior engagement we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes early so you can cleanse your eyes.

Avoid drinking any liquids prior to your appointment. Too much liquid will cause you to have to go to the bathroom during your service which will cut into lashing time!

Avoid drinking caffeine prior to your appointment. This can cause your eyes to twitch or flutter, making application difficult for your lash tech.

Please use the restroom prior to laying down for your service.

FAQ: Why your lashes might not be lasting

Using oil based products on or around your eyes. This includes makeup, makeup remover, cleansers, moisturizers, or any skin care products.

Accidentally slept on one or both of your eyes.

Rubbed your eyes or picked at your lashes.

Had exposure to extreme heat or extreme cold temperatures.

Natural lash shedding. Your natural lashes can shed 2-5 lashes per day. Everyone has a different lash cycle and it’s not something that can be determined prior to your appointment.

Came to your appointment with makeup on or your lashes weren’t clean. At the beginning of your appointment we do our best to clean your lashes but mascaras and other eye makeups can leave a residue on your lashes which can cause the extension and glue to not adhere to your natural lash, causing them to fall out quicker.
